Understanding electrical consumption is the starting point to follow how a building behaves. Knowing the behavior of an area or a major equipment, like a chiller for example, will help in preparing an action plan to then make important savings.
ACTE Technology performed an audit in a commercial center at the province of Hà Nam in Northern Vietnam. Collected data is very useful to flag anomalies, off time consumption, and calculate ROI of lighting automation and chiller replacement. For this project, we only did phase 1, measurement, and handed over all data to the customer.
